Transmissions must be successfully sent to the Medtronic CareLink Network so that your clinic can review your heart device data.
If you sent a transmission and it was not successful, try one or more of the following actions:
Check all of the phone or tablet and app requirements listed in What to Check If Your Transmission Is Not Sent.
If the Home tab shows the app is Active, try to resend the manual transmission in a few minutes.
Your doctor needs to know if a transmission was not sent. Contact your doctor or Medtronic Patient Services if the following items have occurred:
If you have checked the phone or tablet and app settings and are still unable to send a scheduled automatic transmission or manual transmission.
If you have no scheduled automatic transmissions listed at the top of the Home or Dashboard tabs.
If a scheduled automatic transmission or manual transmission is not listed as a Transmission received in the Messages screen.
