The initial app setup process was not completed. Setup may have failed for the following reasons:
Information such as your heart device serial number was entered incorrectly.
You were not close to your phone or tablet during the setup process.
Log in to the app to complete the setup process.
Check the following items if you are having connection issues during app setup:
Stay between 6 inches (15 cm) and 3 feet (1 m) of your phone or tablet while the app is being set up.
The app uses your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth® wireless technology to connect to your heart device.
Check that Bluetooth® is enabled for your phone or tablet.
Bluetooth® must be turned on for the app in your phone or tablet’s app permissions settings.
Keep the app open and running in the background until the setup is complete.
