Using the App on Multiple Phones or Tablets

The app can be installed on multiple phones or tablets, but it is recommended that you install it on your primary phone or tablet.

Your heart device and patient information are connected to your email address. To use the app on a secondary phone or tablet, log in with the same email address as your primary phone or tablet. You need to wait for your primary phone or tablet to be set up before adding a secondary phone or tablet.

If you upgrade to a new phone or tablet, you should remove the app from the old phone or tablet. Remove the app from your old phone or tablet after installing the app on the new phone or tablet.

The information in Symptom Journal and Vitals Tracking is not shared across multiple phones or tablets. If you have more than one phone or tablet, you will need to track this information separately in each phone or tablet. If you replace your phone or tablet, the information cannot be transferred to a replacement phone or tablet.
