MyCareLink Heart cannot connect to the Internet on this phone or tablet.
If you use a cellular network to connect your phone or tablet to the Internet, try one or more of the following options:
Tap Settings and verify that cellular or mobile data is turned on.
Confirm that you have cellular service.
Confirm that you are in an area that has strong cellular reception.
Confirm that you have not used up your data plan for your current billing cycle.
If you use Wi-Fi™* to connect your phone or tablet to the Internet, try one or more of the following options:
For Apple™* phones and tablets, tap
and select a Wi-Fi™* network.For Android™* phones and tablets, tap Settings, navigate to Wi-Fi and select a Wi-Fi™* network.
Select another Wi-Fi™* network if your current selection is still not working.
Some Wi-Fi™* networks require you to log on or to acknowledge terms and conditions before connecting your phone or tablet to the Internet.
